This modern studio includes a queen-size bed and a twin sleeper sofa - perfect for a family trip or couples getaway. Gather for a glass of wine in the backyard with outdoor seating and nice lighting. Or cook inside: the small kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you will need. There is a coin operated laundry available onsite. Stay in or head out; eat, drink and play in North Park or downtown in the Gaslamp; relax on the gazebo or enjoy the sweeping views. And most importantly - have fun! (And let me know how I can help.) My neighborhood, North Park, is one of San Diego’s most historic and funky places to be. It's home to artists, local businesses, a Farmers Market, craft beer, wine bars, sushi spots, handmade ice cream, and your pick of brunch options. Guests love North Park’s neighborhood vibe, even though it’s just 3 miles from downtown and The Gaslamp. Century-old architecture and the ringing of church bells during the day in North Park add to its historic feel. And my house fits right in! No need to worry about a car. You have your pick of coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques just a few blocks away. Easy public transport is just around the corner, taking you to downtown and all places San Diego. Uber rides are quick and convenient, too, getting you into downtown in less than 5 minutes.
Other Details to Note
North Park is a residential neighborhood and is not a place for big loud parties. Small gatherings with family and friends are totally fine and this is just the place for it; just please let me know in advance if you plan to invite guests who are not included in your reservation and turn the volume down at all times!
