This Place was amazing! Perfect for family vacation or work trips, it had exactly what we needed. A nice little house to have a good time/chill with your family. This is it! Look no further, it's perfect! We needed a place to stay for work while one of our crew members wife and baby had somewhere to stay during the day. This was the best spot! There's a playground and any store you need 10 minutes away. Highly recommend!!!!

Absolutely what we needed for our family vacation to CA. The beach is right there and very nice with gentle slope, the heated pool and hot tub at sunset every night were breathtaking. In addition the location was close to amazing eats and attractions like Legoland and San Diego Safari Park. Beds were comfy. New carpet felt great on the feet! Loved having coffee and drinks on the patio…and hanging out by the gas fireplace at night. gas fireplace! Kitchen had everything you’d need to cook and eat. So many good things to say about this place, truly perfect for a family beach vacation! nothing

Doreen’s place was absolutely what we needed for our family vacation to CA. The location was close to amazing eats and attractions like Legoland and San Diego Safari Park. Our fave place to eat was Stratfords at the Harbor for breakfast and Joe’s Crab Shack for dinner. The pool and hot tub at sunset every night was breathtaking. Beds were comfy. New carpet felt great on the feet! Loved having coffee and drinks on the patio…only thing to make it better would have been a gas fireplace! Only thing we used in kitchen were coffee cups and glasses, but it had everything you’d need to cook and eat. So many good things to say about this Airbnb. Paint inside the unit could use a little touch up but that wouldn’t stop us from staying again. Thanks for hosting us.

We enjoyed a fun and relaxing reunion with our son, who moved from San Diego to Colorado last year. By staying in the San Diego area (a couple of hours from our home, but where our other son and many of this son's friends live), we were able to optimize his limited vacation days—and in a home-like environment. It worked out very well, even when my husband had some interruptions from his work.

The house is exactly as pictured, with all the equipment we needed during our stay. Some areas need minor renovations, but nothing that spoiled our time in San Diego. We paid for early check-in and late check-out, which helped with the organization of our arrival and departure. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed staying at Doreens place. It was near downtown san diego but also, walkable distance to restaurants and coffee shops. The pictures in the home are accurate. Would definitely book again! Thanks again Doreen for opening your doors to my group and I.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four months and loved this place! The location cannot be beat. Vons and Trader Joe’s are right there and the beach is 13 blocks away (~25 minute walk). The apartment is small but super cozy for one or two people. The kitchen is great with a new fridge. Doro was very responsive and helped us with everything we needed!

This was a great place for my little family to spend a few days on vacation! My daughter loved the backyard “playground.” The apartment was charming and quirky in all the right ways. The kitchen was actually useable to cook in— plenty of supplies, dishes, appliances, etc. Location is fantastic— quiet but near lots of places to go. Doreen was extremely flexible and responsive when we needed. We’d definitely come back again.

We love staying at North Coast Village. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is always warm. Love the new hot tub for families. Doreen's place is a nice two bedroom with comfy beds. We were happy it had a highchair for our grandaughter too. Looking forward to staying there again.
