Good to know
Located in North Park all the fun places (Zoo, Gaslamp, Balboa Park and Beaches) are just around the corner and conveniently reachable by public transport. You have your pick of coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques just a few blocks away. Easy public transport is just around the corner, taking you to downtown and all places San Diego. Uber rides are quick and convenient, too, getting you into downtown in less than 5 minutes. This apartment rental is one of 3 in this updated 100-year-old building. The shared backyard has a swing-set for the kids to get the last wiggles out and a fire-pit and bbq for the rest of the family to relax. Bedrooms include 2 with queen-size beds and one with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a single bed. There’s a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement for your convenience as well. Take your morning coffee to the patio, with a great view of North Park, spend the day exploring and then gather for a BBQ in the backyard or on the balcony or cook inside: the kitchen is fully equipped and stocked as completely as my own kitchen at home. This rental was designed to be lively, colorful, and inviting, with its own California flavor. Lots of primary colors and fun patterns in the bedrooms and living area. Other goodies at the apartment: Free WiFi, air-conditioning, and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. Stay in or head out; eat, drink and play in North Park, Hillcrest or downtown in the Gaslamp; relax on the balcony and enjoy the views. And most importantly - have fun! (And let me know how I can help.)

Neighborhood
My neighborhood, North Park, is one of San Diego’s most historic and funky places to be. It's home to artists, local businesses, a Farmers Market, craft beer, wine bars, sushi spots, handmade ice cream, and your pick of brunch options. Guests love North Park’s neighborhood vibe, even though it’s just 3 miles from downtown and The Gaslamp. Century-old architecture and the ringing of church bells during the day in North Park add to its historic feel. And my house fits right in!
Guest Access
You will have this entire apartment and its balcony to yourself. The backyard is shared with the other units in the building.
