Our Property
This cheery studio apartment is a comfortable home base to enjoying Pacific Beach & San Diego! Located on a palm-tree-lined street, right in the center of vibrant, fun-loving Pacific Beach! You won’t even need a car as many of the beach bars, pubs and restaurants are just one block away. If you DO bring a car a parking spot is included. Downtown is 5-10 minutes away, the beach is 1/2 a mile and supermarket is 100yards away. I provide the beach goodies like a surfboard and boogie board as well.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four months and loved this place! The location cannot be beat. Vons and Trader Joe’s are right there and the beach is 13 blocks away (~25 minute walk). The apartment is small but super cozy for one or two people. The kitchen is great with a new fridge. Doro was very responsive and helped us with everything we needed!

Such a great location in one of my favorite places. Walk, bike, or skate to anywhere you need to go and have anything you need within a block or two of the spot. Loved it. Doro was helpful in accommodating requests and dealing with some issues that arose on my end which was great. Price seems comparable for the area and can’t really beat the location.
