We had a wonderful family vacation! the beach was right out your front door and local restaurants within walking distance. the apartment and the entire complex was beautiful. All of it was very clean. Every morning the grounds crew was cleaning the complex from the garage to the common spaces. I would recommend this facility and this host to my friends and family. we will definitely book with Doreen again!

Professional, friendly, and responsive host. Proactive, when or if problems arise, and quick to solve them.
Has a friendly handyman that visits the property 5 times a week to maintain it. Place has parking that is on a small hill.
Your spot is to the right of the parking space, the spot to the left is for next door, which is also owned and operated by the host.
Read the house rules, before booking, and follow them afterwards. The host does not tolerate chaos, or rowdy parties, nor should they.

My family had a blast and loved "our beach house " lots of great amenities! Doreen was flexible, friendly and communicative! Condo was clean and had everything we needed! beautiful view and direct access to the beach!

This place was exactly what we needed for our stay. Looks just like the pictures, adorable and just enough space. Was nice and cool during this warmer weather and walkable to nearby restauraunts and bars. Lyft and doordash had zero issues locating us with the proper pin placements. The home has private parking, and is in a nice, quiet neighborhood.
My only note to those looking to book is in order to reach Hillcrest from the home you will have to walk up a small hill if accessibility is an issue. But there is plenty of paved road/sidewalk space. We loved that everything was walking distance.

Wonderful host!, I realized Doreen was on site but I didn't get a chance to say hi but she was quick to reach out and make sure all of our needs were met even though we had everything we needed!

We arrived a little bit early. With a car full of kids and tired travelers we were all just ready to be out of the car after 7hours of driving. I messaged Doreen and she allowed us to check in early. The home was clean, and fit the description. Doreen was super responsive when I would message her, and super friendly. We had everything we needed at Doreen’s place. My little one loved the park in the backyard. The parking was the only downfall but that’s basically all of California. Definitely recommend staying at Doreen’s.

We loved staying at Dara’s place. It was the perfect location, we had the beach and the harbor to explore. The whole experience was great, the grounds were beautiful, the condo was clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. Definitely recommend and will be going back!

Doreen was a good host! She responded quickly and accommodated with whatever you needed. This was a very nice, clean, quiet, and outstanding place to stay at. I will definitely come back and recommend to others who come out to San Diego. Thank you so much!!

My stay was wonderful! The apartment was clean and exactly what was described on AirBnd. I felt at home and safe which was important to me as I was a single lady on my own. Even her neighbours were kind. I highly reommend and would stay there again.

Perfect spot for our little family. The kids area was perfect for our two kids. Walking distance to coffee shops and some restaurants. The only “bad” thing about this place is parking. If you are out and get back too late, good luck finding parking. But even with the parking issue, I would stay again
